West Park Management Services

Triton and its portfolio companies benefit from West Park and the services provided by it. West Park's Senior Industry Experts and specialist professionals will, as appropriate, provide services to portfolio companies, including: strategic, operational and commercial due diligence; structuring, deal execution and financing advice on potential investments; consulting services such as working capital management and procurement initiatives; as well as ongoing tax, structuring and financing advice, communication, marketing and legal support.

Triton / West Park Purchasing

The WPMS Purchasing program was initiated in 2011 to support Triton Portfolio Companies in value creation by common and bundled Purchasing initiatives.

It focuses primarily on spend categories of the Indirect Material spend which was equal to approximately 1.8bn € purchasing volume across Triton's actual portfolio in 2014.

These categories are typically:

  • Professional Services (Management, Tax Audit Consultants)
  • Transportation (Road, Sea, Air)
  • Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water)
  • MRO-Services (Maintenance, Repair, Operations)
  • Fleet (Cars, Forklifts, Fleet Management)
  • IT (Hard- and Software, Services)
  • Travel (Travel Management, Credit Cards, Airlines, Rental Cars)
  • Packaging Material (Pallets, Card boxes, Big Bags -> all kinds of transportation packaging)
  • Telecommunication (fixed and mobile)

The WPMS Purchasing program covers and handles the global spend volume of similar categories by representing the individual requirements of Triton Portfolio Companies. This results in the closing of WPMS group wide framework agreements containing market compliant prices and terms & conditions by keeping quality and service standards. These contracts are provided to the Triton portfolio companies for direct sourcing from those contract conditions.

The group contracts either identify new strategic preferred partner to the entire Triton portfolio or allow existing vendors to get access to new clients or members of the Triton portfolio without major effort in new customer acquisitions.

Further benefits for suppliers are centrally negotiated prices and terms & conditions based on a centrally negotiated frame work agreement which will be implemented in the portfolio companies.

Supplier selection is based on the supplier capability to fulfil our requirements regarding quality, service, reliability, innovation, ESG and competitiveness to exceed the Triton Portfolio Companies' expectations and enhance Triton Portfolio Companies' market position
