Frankfurt / Ludwigsburg (Germany) – November 12, 2024 - bluu unit, a Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund II portfolio company and a rapidly growing alliance of regionally strong companies in the field of sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, has strengthened its network through the acquisition of Knipping Kälte & Klimatechnik GmbH in Hamburg and T&K Klima Team GmbH in Kiedrich. These mergers are another step in creating a nationwide network.
Knipping Kälte & Klimatechnik GmbH, based in Hamburg, employs around 30 people and offers technology and services for resource-efficient refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems as well as fire dampers. Through a pronounced service orientation and high-quality standards, the company achieves strong customer loyalty, high customer satisfaction, and an excellent reputation as a leading provider in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology in the Hamburg region. The use of future-proof refrigerants is a priority. Customers benefit from comprehensive services from a single source: from consultation to installation and maintenance to repair.
T&K Klima Team GmbH is one of the leading providers of air conditioning and heat pump technology in southern Hesse. T&K stands for the integration of refrigeration and air conditioning technology with heating technology as well as the coupling with photovoltaics or solar thermal energy. Around 20 employees offer commercial and private customers energy-efficient technology and services from system planning to maintenance of air conditioning systems, heat pumps, heat recovery, ventilation systems, and air purifiers.
Through these new partnerships, bluu unit is expanding its network in northern and central Germany as well as its expertise in the field of sustainable refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
