Dantaxi to acquire HB-Care
Virum (Denmark) 4 May 2021 – The Triton Smaller Mid Cap portfolio company referred to under the name Dantaxi 4x48 (“Dantaxi”) has signed an agreement to acquire the leading Danish special transport service company HB-Care.Terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
Operating more than 450 customized buses on long-term contracts with municipalities and traffic agencies across Denmark, HB-care has more then 30 years industry experience. The company transports children with special needs to schools and kindergartens, citizens with disabilities to workplaces, schools and activity centres, and the elderly to rehabilitation and daycare centres. With the focus on ensuring a safe and familiar transport situation, the company provides an important aspect to the daily lives of their clients.
