DTG to sell Suurland Outdoor to SOOOH Venture
Amsterdam (The Netherlands), 22 October 2019 – DTG, a company of the Triton III portfolio company European Directories, will sell Suurland Outdoor to SOOOH Venture. This represents the next step to ensure a prosperous and sustainable future for the company. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
Suurland Outdoor, which was founded more than 35 years ago, is a leading Out Of Home media company in the Netherlands, providing local companies the opportunity to advertise on digital and analogue boards in the Dutch municipalities. Suurland Outdoor is headquartered in Eindhoven and has more than 2,000 digital and analogue boards installed in more than 50% of the Dutch municipalities.
"We would like to thank the management team and the employees for their great contributions to Suurland Outdoor for the successful development during DTG’s ownership. DTG has been the owner of Suurland Outdoor for more than 14 years and we view this as an appropriate time for a new long-term owner to continue the development of the company.
