Etichettificio Dany joins All4Labels – Global Packaging Group
Riccione (Italy) / Hamburg (Germany), 29 July 2021 – All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company and a leading international label manufacturer and pioneer in digital printing, continues its global growth strategy and its approach to partner up with leading family-owned companies in the packaging industry.
Today, All4Labels and the Olivieri family signed the agreement making Etichettificio Dany, Italy’s leading pressure sensitive label supplier part of the All4Labels family. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
While Etichettificio Dany becomes a fully owned subsidiary of All4Labels, Mr. Olivieri, who has founded and developed the business over decades, becomes shareholder of All4Labels and part of the management team.
With his many years of experience and market know-how, Mr. Olivieri will make a significant contribution to strengthening All4Labels' position in Italy.
Etichettificio Dany realized a total turnover of approx. € 13 m in 2020 with a facility in Riccione, serving premium SME local customers with labeling solutions for the Food & Beverage and Home & Personal Care market.
