LabelPress joins the All4Labels Group
Manaus (Brazil) / Hamburg (Germany), 20th February 2023 – All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, and a leading international manufacturer of packaging solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy. Last week Tatiana de Angelo Rocha, Natalia Clara de Angelo Tavares and Juvino Tavares, owners of LabelPress Industria e Comercio da Amazonia Ltda., a leading converting company in Manaus (Amazonas, Brazil), signed an agreement for the company to become a 100% subsidiary of the All4Labels Global Packaging Group. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this transaction, All4Labels extends its presence to the north of Brazil and is now present in the highly industrialized zone of Manaus. The strategy is to enter the durable labels market, where LabelPress plays a major role and to grow rapidly in the region.
