Mark & Energibyggarna acquired as a sister company to Akeab and KEWAB
Stockholm (Sweden), 30 April 2018 – Funds advised by Triton (“Triton”) have completed an add-on acquisition to its portfolio company Akeab by acquiring the privately held company Mark & Energibyggarna. Mark & Energibyggarna is a leading supplier of civil works services in the Gothenburg area. Mark & Energibyggarna joins KEWAB and Akeab as a new sister company in an infrastructure services group owned by Triton and the management teams of the companies. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
