Triton completes acquisition of univativ
Frankfurt / Darmstadt (Germany), 31 July 2017 – Funds advised by Triton ("Triton") have completed the acquisition of univativ Group (“univativ”), a leading German provider of specialized personnel services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
