Unica acquires security management company EAL
Hoevelaken (the Netherlands), 22 April 2022 – Unica, one of the largest technical service providers in the Netherlands and a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired security management company EAL.
EAL is one of the leading companies active within development and implementation of security management and access control systems in the Netherlands, with offices in in Apeldoorn and Amsterdam serving emergency services, hospitals, banks, insurers, the national government and the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
The company will become part of the Unica Access & Security cluster, together with sister companies Nsecure (market leader in access and identity management in high-end security environments) and Unica Smart Security (management and maintenance of integrated access and security solutions). With the addition of EAL, Unica Access & Security will be first in the Netherlands to offer development, installation, management, and maintenance of complete systems in the field of access and security.
