Assemblin Caverion Group (“ACG”) is a leading Northern European multi-technical service and installation group, formed through the combination of Assemblin and Caverion in 2024.
Assemblin Caverion Group (“ACG”) provides solutions and services across the full lifecycle of the built environment, with expertise spanning across a range of capabilities including electrical, heating and sanitation, ventilation, and smart buildings.
Headquartered in Stockholm, Assemblin Caverion Group operates across nine countries and employs around 21,500 skilled employees. The group is positioned to address the aging building infrastructure across Europe and address demand for energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation within buildings, infrastructure and industry.
Triton acquired Assemblin in 2015, through the carve-out of the Nordic division of a distressed European conglomerate, before strengthening its position through a strategic buy build and operational excellence agenda.
In late 2022, Triton announced its intention to acquire Caverion through a public tender offer which was completed in late 2023.
The combination of Assemblin and Caverion took place in April 2024, and was underpinned by a compelling strategic logic and value creation strategy; enhancing the complementary strengths and capabilities of both companies, while offering a broader range of services to a larger customer base.
Triton intends to support building ACG through deploying the playbook developed from over 20 years of investing in the Technical Service and Installation sub-sectors within our Business Services sector, through investments such as NVS, Bravida, Unica, and Assemblin.
