The Group was formed in 2023 by bringing together Techouse AS, a renowned industry leader in energy recovery and water treatment solutions to the offshore oil and gas sector, with Cubility AS, an innovator of solid control systems and water treatment. In 2024, the group was extended with Eureka, a leading provider of water pumps and genset solutions for offshore installations in the oil & gas and offshore wind markets.

Triton formed Techouse Group to build an engineering house providing technology solutions for the energy markets, with joint scale and diversification to compete globally.

Triton will use its long experience within Techouse’s sectors to support the company, while simultaneously applying proven M&A capabilities to drive the groups expansion.
